Movie theater chains from AMC to Regal are offering an array of twisted Beetlejuice Beetlejuice popcorn buckets to celebrate the release of the sequel to the 1988 classic Beetlejuice.
If you’re no stranger to the comedic horror style of Beetlejuice, there’s the built-in expectation for some strange merch when it comes to the world of popcorn buckets. While these buckets aren’t attempting to push boundaries like the , they will certainly quench your pop culture thirst.

While it’s not uncommon for movie theaters to offer exclusive popcorn bucket designs, like Regal’s Inside Out 2 Anger popcorn bucket, many of the Beetlejuice popcorn bucket designs will be available in at multiple theater chains.
Beetlejuice Sandworm Popcorn Bucket
The first of these designs offered at multiple theater chains is the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Sandworm Popcorn Bucket. Everyone has been sufficiently traumatized by AMC’s Dune 2 Sandworm Popcorn Bucket, but it’s safe to say that won’t be the case here.
The snack container consists of a black and white sandworm coiled into the shape of a popcorn bucket. And if you thought the head would be tucked away or in a docile position at the top, you’re wrong. The Beetlejuice sandworm is in strike-position, with its open mouth revealing another creepy little sandworm inside.
While the design is enough to give you a nightmare, this sandworm should leave you relatively unscarred.

Handbook For the Recently Deceased Popcorn Bucket
The book-style popcorn bucket isn’t a new format for the popcorn bucket genre, but they’ve managed to retain their cleverness with each iteration. (Talk about judging a book by its cover).
The design was first seen with AMC’s Mean Girls Burn Book Popcorn Bucket, and welcomed with fanfare. For Beetlejuice 2‘s Handbook For the Recently Deceased Popcorn Bucket, the cover is a replica of the book Barbara and Adam find in their home after their untimely demise in a car accident.
The main difference between the tomes is that instead of dust, your book will be filled with the buttery goodness of popcorn.

AMC has noted via Inastagram that the Handbook popcorn bucket is on sale now. Regal has not yet released specifics on their release date.
Beyond the more widely available designs at various movie venues, Cinemark and Regal are featuring exclusive bucket designs and other Beetlejuice merchandise that celebrate the essence of Tim Burton’s creation.
Cinemark Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Popcorn Buckets
When it comes to Beetlejuice 2 merchandise, Cinemark isn’t just sticking to popcorn buckets. The theater chain is also offering collectible drinkware, which is commonly seen at theater chains and venues like Disney Parks. However, the design is one that’s sure to get the attention of bucketheads.
The Beetlejuice Shrunken Head Drink Container is a sculpt of the instantly recognizable Harry the Hunter, first seen in Beetlejuice‘s Neitherworld Waiting Room. Fill Harry’s noggin with whatever you like. Since it comes empty, we’re pretty confident it won’t taste like brains.
The Cinemark Beetlejuice Popcorn Bucket has got something for everyone, from lights to action. The bobblehead-topped box is covered in a black-and-white striped print, complete with a sandworm lurking at the bottom. To get at your snack, just open the drawer. The bucket sets itself apart from the rest by having a light feature, making the bucket glow a ghoulish green.

Regal Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Popcorn Buckets
Regal offers a dark and eerie take on the Beetlejuice popcorn buckets with their tombstone design. Beetlejuice’s Tombstone Popcorn Bucket is modeled after the one seen in the movie. If you wanted to use this as Halloween decor, a neon “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” sign would make the perfect companion.
