Versucht mit 10.10 (amd64), 11.04 (amd64)
Die x86-Version 10.10 konnte mit der Option nolapic nicht gebootet werden. Jetzt verwende ich die amd64-Version 11.04 (aktualisiert).

Manchmal finden Sie auf der Website Ihres Motherboards möglicherweise ein aktuelles BIOS-Update, das Sie ausprobieren könnten.
Manche Leute haben paradoxerweise festgestellt, dass 32-Bit-Ubuntu auf einer 64-Bit-CPU besser läuft und umgekehrt.
Schauen Sie in Ihren BIOS-Optionen nach. Manchmal ist ACPI aus irgendeinem Grund deaktiviert. Wenn Sie diese Option (oder etwas wie „Energieverwaltung“) haben, stellen Sie sicher, dass sie aktiviert ist.
